On our recent trip to Las Vegas, Nevada we had the opportunity to visit the Madame Tussauds Las Vegas attraction. It is conveniently located on the Las Vegas Strip next to The Venetian. The box office is easy to find and the line goes so quick. Once you got your tickets in hand you head over to the photo spot and get your souvenir photo taken. They had hashtag signs that read #sendmoney #helpme #happyanniversary which were a big hit with me. What a fun souvenir to take home with you. Once you take your photo you head up the stairs with the paparazzi taking your photo. The hallway is lined with strobes appearing as camera flashes. We though it was a great little trick and fun way to welcome people to the attraction.
Once you get past the paparazzi you walk into a room full of celebrities all made of wax of course. It can be intimidating at first but just have fun. I went to the first Madame Tussauds in Hollywood and we didn’t take any photos and I felt like it was a waste. My best advice is walk around and have fun and enjoy your time there. I obsessively did
As you wonder through Madame Tussauds you will see a trove of different people. From celebrities, actors, singers, athletes, and even the cast of Hangover! Once thing the Madame Tussauds Las Vegas has is the Hangover Bar which is perfect. I couldn’t think of a better combination. I of course has to try one of the drinks on the menu. I opted for the Tiger’s Blood drink and it didn’t disappoint.

Another attraction inside Madame Tussauds Las Vegas features is the Marvel 4D Movie. The 4D theater incorporates 3D film technology with thrilling special effects, including wind, water and even SMELL! We are a HUGE marvel family and this was a must on our list. I don’t want to spoil anything about the 4D movie but I will share the premises with you. In the 4D feature you save Las Vegas from Dr. Doom’s evil plans. If you have a Marvel loving family member young or old this the a must stop when you are in Las Vegas. They will enjoy getting to see all their favorite super heroes in the room with them.
This was our second time visiting a Madame Tussauds attraction and we had more fun this time around. The can’t wait to come back and bring my kids with us. I know my oldest would love seeing all the Marvel characters and watching the 4D Movie. Next time you are in Las Vegas make sure you plan to check out Madame Tussauds Lad Vegas.
