In today’s modern world we are always on the go. Being a mother of three my life is definitely on the go. Between getting everyone ready and out the door in the morning to appointments and practices. I have days where I feel like I get home just to put the kids down and get ready to do the same thing the next day.
I am always looking for simple and on the go recipes. I have found over the years that smoothies are the perfect way for me to start my day. They are so easy to make, and you can use almost anything in them. I have had to adjust what I add to my smoothies over the years. As an adult, I became allergic to dairy.
I struggled to find a daily alternative I enjoyed in my smoothies. I discovered Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilk, and my opinion changed. Silk Oat Yeah Oatmilk is a dairy-free, nut-free alternative to milk. It is available in three delicious flavors, Plain, Chocolate, and Vanilla. The best thing is I can pick up Silk Oat Yeah while I do all my families grocery shopping at Walmart. Having three flavor options has allowed me a wider variety of smoothies I can make.
I want to share with you five smoothies my entire family enjoys. These smoothies are great for those on the go mornings when life gets a bit crazy.
