Life is crazy hectic for our family and from the first alarm of the day to the time our heads hit the pillows it’s go, go, go for us. Which is why when it comes to dinner time, after a long day with the kids, work and the dog, I am always looking for ways to get dinner on the table faster and in a low effort way. Not only are they perfectly seasoned and juicy, but we can toss them on the grill with some fried vegetables and have dinner done in a pinch. This time of year some of our favorite roasted seasonal veggies that pair with our Tyson® Chicken Breasts are yellow squash, hearty zucchini, and garlic drizzled asparagus. Not only are they great for you, but they also taste delicious grilled with a touch of sea salt, and then settled next to the chicken on the plate.
In Arizona, grilling season is year-round and grilling food is a great way to get flavorful fresh food on the table quickly without a lot of clean up. Walking outside and kicking on the grill, a quick wipe down of some oil across the grates and you’re off, no heating up your kitchen, no massive pots and pans to clean up and you get to make all your neighbors jealous, because come on, you know you’ve smelled something in the neighborhood before and blurted out, “I wish I was grilling”.
Since the Tyson® Seasoned Cuts Italian Style Chicken Breasts and Tyson® Smokehouse Seasoned Chicken Breasts are pre-cut, cleaned and marinated, a simple slit of the plastic wrapping and toss on the grill, a few minutes on each side and a check to make sure its 165 degrees in the thickest parts and it’s time to let it rest. Then it’s to the table where the kids dig in for a simple meal that is super easy.

GRILLED VEGETABLE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
2 – Zucchini
2 – Yellow Squash
3/4 – Colored carrots
1 bundle of asparagus
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash and dry all vegetables.
2. Dice Zucchini and Yellow squash into 1 to 2 inch thick slices.
3. Snap ends off asparagus.
4. Cut tops off of carrots.
5. Brush one side of the vegetables with olive oil, salt and pepper.
6. Places your vegetables on the grill.
7. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until charred.
8. Flip over and cook on the outside until charred.
9. Remove from grill and serve warm with your Tyson® Chicken Breast.
