Growing up I remember always going to birthday parties, but never having my own. I only recall having two actual birthday parties when I was younger. So I decided that when I had children I wanted them to experience the enjoyment that comes with a birthday party. I wanted to give them a birthday party they would remember every year. The only thing I didn’t account for when I made this decision was the number of children I would have.

Having three kids sometimes feels like once I finish one birthday party I’m already planning the next. When I am planning a birthday party my two biggest challenges when planning is the theme and activities for the guest.

Themes come and go with my children’s even changing interest so I don’t usually repeat them. Activities are a whole different area. Nothing is worse than 20 kids sitting around board. So I am always looking for new and exciting activities for our next birthday party.

When I happened to come across Just Add Color Party I was super intrigued. The more I read into what it was, the more I knew we needed this for our next birthday party.
