Here is Arizona we have not had a day in the past few weeks that was under 105 degrees! This heat is so brutal and deadly. We have to drink a lot of water to keep hydrated this time of year. I figured this was a perfect time to share with you my review of the M Network stiks. Why is this a good time you say? Because all of their stiks are mixed with 16oz of water! You not only get the great benefits of these stiks but also the hydration you need in the summertime.
I found out about the M Network when my friend Alyssa signed on to be a distributor. She offered me a sample of all 5 of their stiks to get my opinion. I am open to trying anything and when I saw the GoStik I couldn’t wait to try it. You mean I can get the same effect of a traditional energy drink but only have 5 calories. What mom wouldn’t want that? When chasing 3 little ones I need all the help I can. So, let’s get down to it.
With some research, I found that M network was founded in 2016. They are a direct selling company who purpose is to help entrepreneurs. They sell products designed to improve lives and turn individuals into future millionaires. They treat their members and part of their ultra exclusive network.*

GoStik – Energy
This stik is raspberry flavored. Within 5 minutes of consumption I felt the effects of this stik. I consumed it in the morning at 8:30 am. This particular day I was having a hard time waking up and when you have kids who are awake you need to be on top of it. I enjoyed that I felt the effect almost instantly. I didn’t get any shakes or jitters which is a great perk. I noticed about 2:00 pm the stik had worn off. I got about 6 hours of energy. I am not a morning person, just ask my husband, so the fact I could take 5 minutes to get that extra boost to wake up was great. This one was a huge hit for me and I enjoy it daily now.
coreAO Stik – antioxidant boost
This stik is my go to when I feel a cold coming on or I find myself eating a lot of unhealthy foods. With a mixed berry flavor, you can’t go wrong. I do not use this stik daily but I do I feel it cuts down my down time. My husband uses this stik when his knee acts up. It helps relieve the pain and pressue when it acts up. This is a great stick to have when you feel a cold coming on or when you go on vacation. We all know on vacation we don’t always eat the healthiest so having this extra boot of super nutrients and antioxidants helps you keep everything going in the right direction.
SlimStik – appetite control
I am a huge soda drinker and have been my whole life. I know it is not a great thing but I have a hard time giving it up. One thing that surprised about this stik was the fact I didn’t miss my soda, at all. I noticed that I would eat smaller meals and I didn’t snack between meals. Being a stay at home mom I always feel like I am snacking not because I am necessary hungry but because I am board. The SlimStik helped me not take in those empty calories I usually would. I don’t know what it is about me but after every workout I am starving. I started taking this at the end of my workouts and noticed that I was able to control the hunger I felt afterwards. Plus, with a strawberry kiwi taste you can never go wrong.
Smart Stik – Nootropic
Smart stick is what everyone need to focus. When I was in school this was my go to drink during study sessions. It helps you focus on any task you want to complete. This stik is a go to on work days or school days. One of the best things is that you can use this stik daily, perfect for those final exam cram sessions.
Soul Stik – Mood Enhancer
This is a game changer in the world of depression for me. SoulStik has helped me balance out my emotions and helped me find my calm. I have depression and anxiety and this helps me feel at ease. It is nice to know that I have another thing in my arsenal to go to when I am feeling overwhelmed or beat down. While I have loved all of the favors with the other stiks, this one is my least favorite. I enjoy the effects so much that I struggle through the taste to get the wonderful benefits!
